By accessing or using LicenseFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
LicenseFlow provides license compliance tracking, verification, renewal workflow management, document storage, and related services for licensed contractors and trades professionals. The Service includes web-based dashboards, worker portals, mobile applications, and API integrations.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
LicenseFlow verifies license information against publicly available state and municipal databases. Verification results reflect the data available at the time of the check and may not reflect real-time changes. LicenseFlow does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of verification results. Users should independently confirm license status for critical decisions.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Free trials automatically convert to the free tier at expiration unless upgraded. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, to distribute malware, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
LicenseFlow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LicenseFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
